Join us we welcome back all those who are part our history, commemorating the Feast Day of St. Elpis during morning service followed by a special Homecoming picnic for Past & Present parishioners & clergy.

Stop in at the Appomattox Regional Library's Hopewell Branch to view artifacts & photographs from the history of Greeks in Southside VA. Check out the special book displays highlighting Greek food, history, and culture.

Every Two Hours, starting at 11:00am - Meet at the Church Doors
Learn about the architecture of a Greek Orthodox church, our parish and community history, and the construction of the first Hopewell church and the current church from Dr. Pavlos Michaels.
